Yes, we serve all of Japan and also have overseas installation experience.
For distant customers, we usually begin with email or phone correspondence during the planning phase. Once it's time for installation, we conduct an on-site meeting followed by the setup. We welcome inquiries from anywhere, as it’s our goal to bring joy through water displays in a wherever we can.

It varies depending on the product and project size, but for most cases, delivery takes 25–40 days domestically from the order date in Japan. International lead time and delivery time may also vary depending on production volume and season.

If you already have a layout or product image in mind, please send us drawings showing the scale (width, height, etc.), and we’ll prepare a quote based on that. If you're still early in the planning process and don’t have specifics, we can provide a rough budget estimate based on the space and dimensions.

i.e. The Water Pearl in our most famous explanation video shot in our showroom is 3000mm wide, 2000mm high and 1200mm deep.

If there’s an existing installation near you, especially in public or shared spaces, we’ll introduce you to those examples.

We generally deal with clients directly however if you have any particular projects, please share your design idea, dimensions, location type, and any other information.

Technically yes, as the system recirculates water. However, we recommend tap water due to maintenance issues with well water—such as mineral buildup in pipes, murkiness, or unstable quality. We’ve had cases where using well water led to maintenance trouble, so we now advise using tap water.

It depends on the system:

• Water Pearl and Film Fall: Yes. These circulate water via a pump and require plumbing for refills and cleaning.

• Pearl Airation, Aqua Wall Panel, Hamon: No. These use non-decaying water in sealed acrylic tanks and do not require plumbing.

We don’t offer 100% maintenance-free equipment, but the Aqua Wall Panel comes very close. It requires almost no cleaning or water changes—just occasional checks on water level. The pumps are durable and rarely fail.

Unfortunately, we only sell products. However, short-term equipment rentals (1 week or more) are available for exhibitions or events.
